The purpose of a PDA or PDI is to ensure the equipment purchased by a customer meets the specifications as defined and agreed by the manufacturer, importer, or donor site. Our comprehensive control documentation is a catch all solution ensuring an essential value adding management control for your project.
A 'training needs analysis' can be carried out on request to identify basic, specialised, and technical training requirements. A training programme can be bespoke designed with competency assessment to ensure the new equipment is managed with best practice procedures right from the start.
Care and Maintenance
Equipment planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
or reliability cantered maintenance (RCM) programme can be specifically designed on request to operate as a stand alone operation
or fit in with your existing maintenance programme.
Our objective is to manage the project in the most efficient way whilst providing strategic direction & support to your management teams.
- Lead the project and motivate and develop the various cross functional teams to maximise each individuals' contribution to the overall effectiveness and meet the implicit and explicit promises. Manage resource allocation, ensuring delivery of goals within budget whilst liaising closely with the finance department to ensure that all costs associated with the project are correctly captured and allocated appropriately.
- Set standards, manage and develop excellent relationships with internal and external suppliers and partners, whilst ensuring good communication at all times including status information availability and early warning systems are in place including an escalation process to effectively track and manage risks throughout the project.
- Deliver the project in line with expectations locally and Group Company level, financially as well as operationally, with the drive for continuous improvement in unit cost, quality, safety, service, and improvements in output throughout.
